• Tea/Coffee + Juice
• BBQ
• Patio with table and seating
• Use of Pool
• No smoking inside
• The Cottage is not suitable for children or pets.

The Loft:

• Sleeps 2 (1 couple)
• Totally self contained and equipped
• Shared drive with main house but own entrance and parking
• Upstairs bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite
• Downstairs, kitchen, living room/dining
• Balcony opening out from bedroom
• Flat screen TV 
• Tea/Coffee + Juice
• BBQ
• Fridge/Freezer/Microwave/2ring gas hob
• Patio with table and seating
• Use of Pool
• No smoking inside
• The Loft is not suitable for children or pets.

An Extra:

• If you are visiting Hawkes Bay for one of its many Equestrian events we do have facilities available for your horse/horses.
