Summer Rates: Oct 1st..May 1st

The Cottage: $325 per night..Maximum guests 2 Couples

The Loft:       $170 per night..Maximum guests 1 Couple

Winter Rates: May 2nd..Sept 30th

The Cottage: $300 per night..Maximum guests 2 Couples

The Loft:       $165 per night..Maximum guests 1 Couple

  

 Minimum stay 2 nights 

For the Christmas period and major local Events  rates may vary .

Arrival/Departure Time: Unless pre arranged please arrive no earlier than 3pm and departure by 10am

All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

Payment Policy:
A deposit of one nights accommodation is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable at departure.

No EFTPOS/VISA facilities available as yet.

Payment cheque/cash/internet banking 

Cancellations :We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and if we are able to get another booking we are happy to refund the deposit in full. However, if the cancellation is within less than 20 days and we are unable to secure another booking, then the deposit will be forfeited.
